Austria
In Austria, the following costs (including VAT) apply for packaging and postage:
Standard shipping including tracking and insurance (2–3 business days) within Austria: €9.90
European Union
Within the European Union, the following costs (including VAT) apply for packaging and postage:
Standard shipping including tracking and insurance (3–5 business days) within the European Union: €20.00
Rest of the World
Shipments outside the European Union are possible. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated individually.
Return & Exchange
Returns Policy
Standard products can be returned within 14 days of receipt without any issues. The refund will be processed once the return has been received. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
As made-to-order and custom-made pieces are specially crafted for you, they are excluded from exchange and return rights.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product. For custom-made items, production begins after payment has been received and once all required information has been provided.
